Making A Purchase

To make a purchase just browse around our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order.
We accept online card payment by Switch, Solo, MasterCard and Visa. All transactions are 100% safe due to our inbuilt 128-bit encryption and our server is available 24hrs a day.

Shipping And Handling

Packaging and Delivery within mainland UK will normally be within 2 to 7 working days (maximum of 28 days - unless item is out of stock the manufacturer, in which case we will let you know) from receipt of order, our orders are sent next day delivery. Where delivery cannot be made within the target time, you will be contacted and made aware of any delays. Any orders outside the Mainland UK, please contact us for shipping price before any transactions are made.
All deliveries need to be signed for, when the couriers call they will leave a calling card, simply ring the depot to arrange collection within seven days or the parcel will be returned to us and a £8.75 additional charge will be made for further delivery. Mistakes on pricing on the web site due to human or server error will not be shipped and the customer will be contacted in the event.

Credit Card Security

We use Protx for all web site transactions. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption, the most secure format on the internet they are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

Goods offered for sale in the www.crewecarpin.co.uk website are new as supplied by the manufacturer and carrying the manufacturer's warranty. If you get a fault with items under warranty please contact us and we will sort them out. If items are faulty we will change them.
